FREYJA, death's hand, of clan folkvang. chronologically 1300 years old, turned at 20 alongside his fraternal twin sister sibyl. one of the only remaining members of house fólkvangr, survivor of sigyn's revelation and eternally on the run.
he possesses the kindred gift of resurrection, an ability he can use on both humans and vampires with very differing results.
HISTORY.- freyja was born on samhain in the year 720 a.d., older than his twin sister by fifty-eight seconds.
- raised communally by a group of human cultists who referred to themselves as witches and devoted servants of clan folkvang. freyja and sibyl were both primed as gifts for the wraith, and freyja himself was turned on the night of his 20th birthday.
- freyja was the last of clan folkvang to be sired by LOKI, the father of the wraith. sibyl was turned weeks later, at freyja's hand.
- #1 trigger topic of all time. while sibyl was desperate to ascend, freyja absolutely did not want to turn her and was forced by loki under threat of sibyl's permanent, excruciatingly painful death.
- spent a large portion of his very early life far away from house fólkvangr, drinking and fucking and feeding. his ability — resurrection — made him a strange outlier within his clan.
- shortly before sigyn's revelation took place, freyja was staked and buried by his own sister, to prevent him from both interfering with the event and being killed by it. he wasn't unburied until 1700 a.d., 810 years after the end of sigyn's revelation.
- attempted to live quietly with sibyl for centuries after this, but as sibyl grew increasingly unstable freyja had to take drastic action for the sake of their mutual survival. sibyl has been in forced captivity since 1910, exclusively cared for by her brother.
ABILITIES.- freyja's kindred gift is RESURRECTION.
- while well-fed on human blood, freyja can revive dead animals, insects, and even plants. via feeds on fólkvangr blood, this ability extends to humans and vampires in a sub-ability known as REVERSAL.
- reversal is the process of stripping a vampire from their own death, effectively returning them to their previous mortal state, or drawing a human back from the dead.
- reversal takes a massive toll on freyja's body, and as he needs to feed on sibyl to do it successfully, he almost never attempts it.
- typical vampire bullshit. enhanced senses and strength. some degree of mental compulsion only effective on humans.
- despite being sired by loki, freyja is much physically weaker than most of his vampiric brethren, including his sister. #2 trigger topic of all time.
PERSONALITY.- emo snow white except she ate the dwarves and all her forest animals are super dead

- 172 cm, very lean and compact. can appear deceptively willowy until he gets his hands on you. he has a set of fangs that cannot be retracted but can be glamored away, though he usually doesn't bother.
